Owning a Phoenix Floor Runner gives you the quickest, easiest way there is to apply floor finish coatings.  The front wax pad can be quickly changed to apply either a 3' or 4' pattern.  The Floor Runner sprays the finish on the floor to give you the best application possible.  Air pressure is continuously regulating the proper amount of product to insure nice even streak free coats from start to finish.  When the job is done, you simply attach a water hose to flush the system clean.  Floor Finish can be stored in the 12 gallon solution tank or returned to it's original container.  In open space, ten  men with mops will have to work to keep up.
